Lavendra is a fusion of taste that is influenced by Indian culture and an Australian upbringing using the freshest locally sourced ingredients that Sydney has to offer, married with traditional Indian cooking techniques to serve the finest Indian cuisine.

Founded by Inderpreet Singh, inspired by the aromatic flavours of Indian cooking and shaped by three generations of chefs perfecting ingredients, taste and cooking techniques have come together to bring you Lavendra. Inderpreet is committed to using the freshest ingredients, and sources produce from Wendy Whiteley’s Secret Garden. The food blends the cultures he loves the most and is inspired from methods used by all of India, to serve the diners of Sydney unique Indian cuisine.

Inderpreet, with his family, has been serving the diners of Sydney for the last 20 years at the very successful Grace of India restaurant in Milsons Point. Offering traditional Indian cuisine, Grace of India has been recognised over the years for its beautiful, aromatic flavours of traditional Indian food and has recently been recognised for serving the ‘Best Butter Chicken’ in Australia.
